Six tips for working with athletes 🏆

Athletes are built different.

Over the years, we've built a packed portfolio of game-changing brand collabs, working with big-name legends like Max Verstappen, Leticia Bufoni, Marianne Vos, Lewis Hamilton, and Cristina Gutierrez, to name a few.

But activating an athlete isn't like working with any other talent, celebrity, or influencer; it's all about elevating the partnership to create athlete content that genuinely resonates with your audience.

Our track record speaks for itself, and it's fair to say we know a thing or two about maximising athlete collaborations for our clients.

Want the scoop? Read six lessons we’ve learned from working with the world’s best.

Needing a babysitter? 👶🏼

Five years on, and this internet-breaking edit still gets repeatedly ripped on viral pages—and we're not surprised.

By far our favourite passion project to date—for many reasons—Danny Daycare with Danny MacAskill and wee Daisy turned five this month 🖐🏼

The idea started as a laugh, but we quickly realised that Danny had some pretty mad skills with the trailer, so, naturally, bike chaos ensued—and even now, people still think it's real 😬

Watch the behind-the-scenes edit below.

Why watch time matters more than views 📈

The content landscape has changed—it's time you changed with it.

Gone are the days when view counts and subscriber numbers held sway over the YouTube algorithm. Now, it's all about watch time and engagement 👀

When your audience watches, sticks around, and interacts with your content, spoiler alert, YouTube recognises it as pure gold ✨

Our founder, Stu, reveals how we seamlessly weave storytelling into our YouTube content and provides questions to consider when approaching your creative. Learn more about how we do this at Cut Media, and let us know your thoughts on the post.
