Account Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to take the lead on managing our client relationships, delivering exceptional sports content projects and driving account growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Acting as the primary liaison between our clients and our creative and production teams, you’ll coordinate our projects to ensure they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to our very high standards.
You’ll build lasting partnerships with clients across a variety of sports, including cycling, motorsport and athletics, all while identifying opportunities to expand our relationships and add more value.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Being the key point of contact for our clients, building and nurturing relationships with a wide variety of sports brands, sponsors and rights holders
Owning our client management processes and systems, driving improvements and efficiencies internally and for clients
Managing feedback, identifying opportunities for scope expansion and keeping a tight rein on project progress - you’ll always have your finger on the pulse of our projects
Working with our leadership team to create pitches and tailor new ideas to existing and prospective clients
Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, conducting regular client reviews and contributing to internal project debriefs to help us continually improve.
ABOUT YOU
From our studio in Glasgow, you’ll be the conduit for all client comms, working with our internal teams to deliver projects for our clients who include household sports brands, teams and events.
You’ll have a strategic mindset and strong commercial awareness, developed through your 3+ years of account management experience. You’ll be an agile thinker, able to solve problems on the fly with your attention to detail and cool head under pressure.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate for this role will also have:
Proven experience in managing client relationships within a creative, production, or sports content agency, ideally 3+ years
A passion for sports storytelling, with the ability to connect with clients across a variety of sports, including cycling, motorsport and athletics
Strong negotiation skills, particularly in budget and project planning contexts
Confidence in pitching creative ideas and leading client meetings
Experience with CRM tools and reporting systems.

The salary range for this role is £32 - £35k per year, alongside a range of benefits including:
