ABOUT THE ROLE
As Producer, you’ll lead on a wide range of projects across the business, ensuring that every project, from nimble shoots to large-scale global campaigns, is delivered with creative ambition, high standards of production and within budget.
You’ll be a calm, collaborative presence – confident in making decisions, solving problems and guiding projects through complexity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
REPORTING TO: HEAD OF PRODUCTION & CREATIVE OPERATIONS
Manage and lead productions from concept to delivery
Manage and develop client relationships
Create and manage budgets, with a keen eye for detail
Provide support on client projects to the Production team, delegating to the wider production team as required
Work closely with the Creative team from pitch stage to manage client expectations, budget and schedule parameters, presenting proposals alongside the Creatives and Director when required
Feed in to client briefs and take part in creative showers and pitch developments
Utilise budgets creatively, negotiating crew rates and ensuring best use of internal and external resources, keeping a close eye on the bottom line
Manage local and international shoots and crews both on location and remotely, ensuring legal, contractual, insurance and safety processes are implemented and documented accordingly
Collaborate with Post Production Manager to plan edit schedules and delivery of assets
All aspects of Production-related admin, including budget reconciliation, target margins and client invoicing, as well as project forecasting and future planning
Edit produce projects alongside our Creatives and support the post-production team during the final stages of a project
ABOUT YOU
As our production slate is chock-full of exciting sports projects, you must have demonstrable experience of working with athletes and or sports brands and have a keen personal interest in sports. Bonus points if you’re experienced in cycling, either personally or professionally (ideally both).
It’s a fast-paced environment to work in, so you’ll be a natural at keeping a cool head whilst juggling several projects at once. 2+ years experience as a Producer within broadcast or a production company/agency
Experience creating and managing budgets, with past responsibility for delivering projects on budget
Proven experience in managing international shoots and crews
Proven experience on-set production of branded, commercial and documentary shoots
Experience producing content for Sport brands
Good technical knowledge of post-production processes, archive and music clearance, permits, insurance, contracts and safety, as well as demonstrable experience with asset deliveries for both online and broadcast
A great diary of contacts and relationships within the industry
Knowledge of and interest in the outdoor sports industry, particularly cycling
A positive attitude and drive to create great work with great people - you’ll be adept at collaborating as part of a team and multi-tasking across multiple projects.

The salary range for this role is £35–37k, alongside a range of benefits, including:
